Yummy! Sattvic Recipes

Below are some recipes I love!


Not all of them are my own recipes; some of them are by my yoga family - they used to cook and bring over to our traditional “yoga tea time” that we had after the yoga classes.

Some are by my mom which she invented for both of us and some are my creations inspired by various sources of ayurvedic and vegeterian cooking.


The common thing amongst them is;

They don’t contain any onions or garlic, sugar, artificial flavorings, unnecessary fat and not to mention alcohol & meat.
